Veritas Coffee Company started when Bryan Pleitez and David Schott met, and they realized they were both passionate about good coffee. Coming from different directions - Bryan grew up around coffee farms in El Salvador - and David's background in scientific methods - they came to the conclusion that for really great coffee, everything matters.


From the variety of the coffee plant, from Bourbon to Caturra or Pacamara to Gesha, the soil types, the growing elevation, the method of harvesting and processing, everything plays a part in how the coffee tastes when it's in your cup.

So we carefully select beans based on our knowledge and experience and roast with the skills we've developed over years of searching for the magic formula.
